Our Human Resources Policy

In all our human resources processes, we ensure gender equality and do not consider race, national or social origin, social class, birth, religion, disability, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership, political views, age, or any other condition that could lead to discrimination. We do not and will not support any discrimination in matters such as remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination, or retirement.

We conduct all personnel processes in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and we prioritize and embrace the principles of honesty and social welfare.

We work on sharing potential errors encountered with our employees to disseminate the lessons learned and knowledge gained, increase awareness, maintain corporate memory, and prevent the repetition of the same mistakes.

In terms of occupational safety and environmental protection, we track accidents and near-miss incidents using the Corrective and Preventive Action Tracking List published by BCR Automotive. We strive to prevent the occurrence of similar or identical accidents and implement awareness-raising practices in this regard.

In accordance with clause 4.4.1.2 of the standard on product safety, we plan and conduct product safety training to increase staff awareness and repeat it annually.

As part of employee motivation efforts, we conduct an employee satisfaction survey once a year and take necessary actions based on the results.

Each year, through management review meetings, we identify the organization’s training needs and prioritize the personal and professional development of our employees.

To manage the system with employees and contribute to the achievement of goals, we use a suggestion system to provide rewards.

Activities are carried out to increase the sense of belonging and to promote ownership of the corporate identity.

Our employees use a respectful and supportive language when using written and verbal communication tools, both internally and externally.
